Individual Therapy with adults When conducting individual therapy I generally use a cognitive behavioral approach combined with elements of psychodynamic theory, relational theory and psycho-education. I often utilize DBT (dialectical behavioral treatment) skills, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation skills as well at expressive arts. Clinical Supervision I work with students and professionals, individually, seeking clinical supervision/consultation for licensure and professional growth.- Art Therapy Groups Currently providing group therapy for teens; 6th and 7th graders identifying as she/her/they/them, Thursdays from 4:30-5:30. If you are interested in an art therapy group for your teen or pre-teen, please inquire within, as groups may be added or changed as needed.
